Learning from the Land

What to Expect

A generative workshop that empowers you to organize, build, and nourish your community.. The Land Lessons series is designed to cover a broad range of agroecology topics and skill-building opportunities on the Harriet Tubman Freedom Farm. See what’s coming up this Fall and Winter season.

❋ Intentional Structure

Blending history, ecology, cultural studies, and hands on learning, the Land Lessons are built to send you back to your home and communities equipped to dig deeper into the land.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself. Guests are encouraged to share their knowledge and curiosities equally to enhance the sessions.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Dallas has been a facilitator for 15 years. She creates these sessions to be engaging, clarifying, and empowering. Guiding with the values of nourishment, reciprocity and freedom, you will be lead in a way that supports confidence.

❋ A Supportive Space

These events prioritize safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
